Additionally the standardized provision of the data through Amazon S3 buckets improved timeliness, reliability and provided improved data security.

The benefit of the single data format for patents (and also for trademarks) has significantly reduced the processing time and data onboarding cost (by reducing several FTEs), which improved competitive position both from a timing and coverage perspective.
