現行の2005年知的財産法が施行されている16年以上の間、2009年と2019年に2回の改正が行われたことにより、改正ベトナム知的財産法は、2023年1月1日に正式発効。

ニュージーランド知的財産庁（NZIPO）：新植物品種権法・規則は2023年1月24日に発効予定

新法は、ワイタンギ条約に基づくマオリ族への責任を果たす、新しい近代的な植物品種権（PVR）制度を創設するものである。さらに、これは、ニュージーランドに環太平洋パートナーシップに関する包括的および先進的協定（CPTPP）の下での国際貿易義務を果たさせるものである。
