EPO and Bahrain strengthen co-operation

The EPO and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) of Bahrain have concluded bilateral agreements, establishing a co-operative framework to facilitate resource and knowledge sharing, harmonise global patent practice and enhance efficiency within the patent system.

2025 Amendments to the Canadian Trademarks Act and regulations

Starting 1 April 2025, amendments to the Canadian Trademarks Act and its accompanying regulations will come into force. They will impact adversarial proceedings before the Trademarks Opposition Board (TMOB) and the Federal Court of Canada.
