Reminder: MyEPO services set to fully replace several tools and fax services as of 1 July.
The European Patent Office (EPO) continually strives to improve the performance and user-friendliness of its digital patent grant process (PGP). In light of this year’s enhancements to MyEPO services, the EPO will take a series of tools out of service as of 1 July.This includes the legacy Mailbox, MyFiles and Admin facilities services, all fax services relating to the patent grant process.

CNIPA and UAE Ministry of Economy Sign a Memorandum of Understanding on Intellectual Property Cooperation
On the afternoon of May 30, Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the CNIPA, and Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE’s Minister of State for Foreign Trade, signed the memorandum of understanding on behalf of their respective IP authorities. Both parties agreed to deepen cooperation in various fields including invention patent, industrial design, trademark, geographical indication, and layout design of integrated circuit.
