EPO and EUIPO released intellectual property rights and firm performance in the European Union

The European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) have jointly released the report “Intellectual Property Rights and Firm Performance in the European Union”. This report aims to explore in depth how European companies utilize intellectual property rights (IPR) and identify the differences between registered IPR companies and unregistered IPR companies.

TIPO Published 2025.01 Edition of International Patent Classification Information

The information for the 2025.01 edition of the International Patent Classification (IPC) has been published on TIPO’s official website. Starting February 5, 2025, TIPO will adopt the new edition (2025.01) for classifying newly filed patent applications.
