CNIPA-INPI (France) PPH Pilot Program Launched on June 1, 2023

According to a Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) acceleration agreement between the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the CNIPA-INPI PPH pilot program has come into effect on June 1, 2023 and would last for five years until May 31, 2028.

The South Korean and Japanese Patent Directors’ Meeting Restated after 6 Years

This meeting of directors has been held again after 6 years since 2017. It is worth mentioning that, taking the consecutive summit meetings of the two countries held in South Korea and Japan in March and May this year as an opportunity, the resumption of shuttle diplomacy between South Korea and Japan, as well as the resumption of high-level meetings in the field of intellectual property, is of great significance.
