UPC: Case load of the Court since start of operation in June 2023 – update end August 2024

Since the start of operations on 1 June 2023, Unified Patent Court (UPC) has received a total of 476 cases. UPC has classified and compiled more detailed information on the types of cases, their respective handling departments, and the main languages used in litigation.

Fee Changes from October 1, 2024 – Australia IP

Australia IP is updating some of its fees to continue covering the costs of administering intellectual property (IP) rights and their associated legislation. The changes to its fees will commence October 1, 2024, a press release stated by IP Australia.
