New WIPO Data Show Intangible Asset Investment Growing Fast, Spreading Globally

Co-published annually by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in partnership with the Luiss Business School (LBS), the World Intangible Investment Highlights reveal that intangible investments grew at three times the rate of tangible investments between 2008–2023, proving resilient despite economic uncertainty and tighter monetary conditions.

The Appeals Chamber of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations has resumed operations

On June 18, 2024, the Appeals Chamber of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO) resumed its work after almost two years of reform. Administrative litigation in the Appeals Chamber can serve as an alternative to court litigation, which will help effectively resolve intellectual property cases in the pre litigation stage, saving time and costs.
